Thanks to our partnership with Thieme Compliance, medically and legally sound informed consent forms can be integrated into the doctor’s office via AnaBoard® or filled out digitally from home via the online portal. Integrating these informed consent forms via AnaBoard® makes workflows in the practice noticeably more efficient and streamlined. Patient consent and medical history are transferred directly into the practice management system and securely archived.

AnaBoard® is an innovative, intelligent, and secure tablet solution for the digital collection and recording of medical history data during patient intake and counseling. Patients can enter their data either at the doctor’s office or from home before their appointment via the online portal. With more than 8,000 forms customized for medical practices, AnaBoard® supports healthcare professionals in their day-to-day practice. Medical histories include intelligent question trees, and the collected data is transferred directly into the practice management system. IGeL services can be billed automatically. Scores on assessment forms are calculated automatically, reducing the workload for medical staff. Thanks to open or custom-developed interfaces, AnaBoard® can be easily integrated into existing practice management systems and flexibly adapted to individual requirements.
Privacy and Security:
The digital collection of patient data is subject to strict legal requirements to ensure security and data protection. The protection of sensitive patient data is a top priority at Antelope Systems. No information collected via AnaBoard® ever leaves the practice network, and all data generated via the AnaBoard® OnlinePortal is encrypted multiple times in accordance with BSI guidelines. The data is hosted in the company’s own data center, so no external “third party” is involved. AnaBoard® and the OnlinePortal have been reviewed by an attorney specializing in data protection, and the OnlinePortal is monitored by an independent, external data protection officer. The legally compliant digital signature from signotec enables a secure and legally compliant electronic signature directly on AnaBoard® – GDPR-compliant and legally recognized.
